Healthy Tips

Eat a nutritionally balanced diet.  Avoid being overweight.  Eat foods low in fat such as fish, chicken, and lean cuts of meat, and use low fat dairy products like skim milk. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables especially dark green and yellow vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower.  Eat fruits rich in vitamin C, carotene, and fiber, such as apples, cantaloupe, and oranges.
